A Person Charged With Taking A Sharp Object On A Passenger Aircraft, Pleads The Fifth

A person charged with premeditatedly carrying a sharp object onto an jet liner has pleaded the fifth to the charges against him.

The individual was blamed on federal grand jury charges of one count of possession of a dangerous weapon while attempting to board a plane.

Court papers say that last month the man bragged to a fellow passenger that he was able to get a knife past security checks. That person then told TSA employees, who located the knife on his person.

If convicted, the person could spend 10 years in penitentiary.

I didn't know that it was such a vicious penalty. 10 years is a long amount of time for bringing a knife on a passenger aircraft. I guess you shouldn't do crazy things.
