A Guy Accused Of Bringing A Sharp Object On A Passenger Aircraft, Pleads The Fifth

A guy accused of willfully carrying a sharp object onto an jet liner has pleaded the fifth to the charges against him.

The man was indicted on federal grand jury charges of one count of possession of a dangerous weapon while trying to board a plane.

Court papers say that last month the guy bragged to a near by individual that he was able to get a knife past security. That person then told TSA personnel, who discovered the knife on his person.

If convicted, the guy could sit 10 years in penitentiary.

I didn't know that it was such a rough penalty. 10 years is a long amount of time for taking a knife on a passenger aircraft. I guess you shouldn't do crazy things.
